The Center for Oral Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is a new, four-story, 198,000 square foot building that houses space for both patient care and clinical training. The steel-framed structure primary façade elements consist of corrugated metal wall panels, stucco and glazed aluminum windows (both storefront and curtain wall framing).
During construction of the Center for Oral Health Care & Research project, Z6 Commissioning (Z6) mobilized to conduct performance testing of exterior components including air barrier (ASTM E1186), roof uplift (ASTM E907), air infiltration (ASTM E783), and water infiltration (ASTM E1105) testing.
